I am craving a portion of good Indian food when I have a family vacation in Penang. I had been hearing this place Deen Maju George Town from many food blogs and also friends. I decided to give it a try since it is not too far from my hotel. One thing about food in Penang, prepare to have a queue because many foodies will come to enjoy the food also.

When I arrive at the place, I can see the long queue and some cars having double parking on the roadside. Without a doubt that I had come to the exact spot. Gosh!! The line is long!

One thing that you can take note, if you are an elderly and pregnant lady, you do not need to queue, you can order at the counter, and people will give way to you. Now, this is something that I really do love about Penang, where many restaurants are doing the same thing!

Many menus and types of curry! If you did not have any particular favorite, you can mix all the curry in the rice and add some side dishes like fried chicken, fried bird (yep, bird), or even some egg veggies infused with curry leaf. The one that I took is fried chicken and all in curry! I want to taste each of curry in a plate of rice. BTW, they give a significant portion of rice!

The verdict of Deen Maju George Town.

My verdict for this place, two stars! This is a must-go place if you are going to Penang. Seriously, you will miss the real Penang food if you miss this. I never bore to mention that Penang is my top favorite place in Malaysia!.
